Employment Bureau to Extend Activities; Aims to Secure Positions in Outside Institutions (Vol. 1, Issue 2)
The Yeshiva College Employment Bureau, under the direction of Aaron Waldman, is drafting plans for securing positions for capable students as lecturers in the various religious institutions. In the city and also as group and spiritual leaders in camps. and: other resorts during the summer vacation.
The broadening of the Bureau sphere of activity, hitherto restricted target to securing employment in teaching and tutoring, has been aged by the unprecedented: success with which it has met. Positions have already been secured for the great percentage of applicants, and the Bureau is now essaying to provide for the most representative portion of the student body.
It was stressed however, that any achievement of the Employment Bureau is contingent upon the active support and assistance of the student body. All students who have information concerning open positions in teaching, lecturing, or any other field in which Yeshiva College students are proficient, have been requested to communicate with’ a member of the Employment. Bureau, which includes Aaron Waldman, Sidney Kleiman and Samuel Hoch.
