Yeshiva University Provides Statement About Future of Clubs to The Commentator

Editor’s Note: The following statement was sent by a university spokesperson to The Commentator Saturday night following our recent publication of the article, “Yeshiva University Temporarily Freezes All Undergraduate Club Activities.” While we usually include university statements in the broader context of news articles, we have decided to publish this as a stand alone piece due to public interest.

“Our lawyers submitted the briefs on Friday as directed by the US Supreme Court. We anticipate a quick conclusion in the courts and the start of clubs soon.”
