Alumni to Meet Coming Sunday; Arrange Dinner (Vol. 2, Issue 9)

The Alumni Association of yeshiva College will hold it next meeting at the college social hall on Sunday, December 13. Thirty reservations have already been received for the meeting and the supper which is to follow it, while at least sixty alumni are expected to attend.

Among the more important matters which are to be discussed during the meeting are the Alumni Quarterly and the proposed Theatre Party.

Although plans for the Quarterly are still rather tentative, the editor-in-chief- Eli Levine, and a business staff consisting of Leo Usdan and Louis Muss have already been chosen. Articles will be contributed by various alumni.

The Theatre Party, which is an annual affair, is expected to provide funds for the college library and possibly for the establishment of a leadership in some department of Jewish and cultural interest. For this purpose an income of approximately $1,000 annually would be necessary.
